Hi, my name is Caroline and I’m a coach specialising in helping owners of small businesses.

Most of my clients are in the start-up phase of business and may be undergoing the transition from having a job to becoming self-employed. I help them manage the changes they are going through and get the business off on the right foot while ensuring they maintain a good work life balance. Together we look at areas like vision, direction, getting clarity and the step by step process of running a business.

I also build in the teaching of practical business skills and can offer one to one or small group trainings. My background in psychology and many years’ experience in a change management role support my current work.
